AL-QAMAR EDUCATIONAL & CHARITABLE TRUST was registered in the year 2001 to start the institution in different fields of education such as Medical Science and Health Science under the dynamic leadership of Janab Alhaj Qamar-ul-Islam Sahab. He completed his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.). He started his political career in 1978 and was the cabinet minister for Housing and Labour from October 1999 to May 2004. His vision was that education is the engine to transform society. A man of great vision, confidence, extremely kind hearted and over powering personality.
